Print Merch Factory

Small-batch production, precise finishing & on-demand fulfillment

Brand-focused merchandise made on your terms

We partner with creators, event teams and small retailers to deliver high-quality branded merchandise without the overhead and lead times of traditional factories. Our emphasis is on flexible runs, rapid prototyping, and finishes that match the brand vision: DTG and screen printing for garments, heat transfers for detailed graphics, embroidery and woven labels for premium touches, and durable packaging assembled to presentation standards. We support variable data printing for limited editions and have systems to handle serialized drops and numbered runs.

From single-sample proofs to multi-hundred units, our production pipeline includes color profiling, mock-ups, pre-press adjustments, and inline quality checks. Clients appreciate transparent costing, clear lead-time estimates, and the ability to iterate on samples before committing to a larger run. For creators who want to scale without losing control over quality, we act as a production partner that understands design intent and craftsmanship.

About Us — a focused production partner for independent brands

Our factory began as a design collective’s solution to the challenges of sourcing quality merchandise at modest volumes. Founders with backgrounds in apparel design, print production and retail logistics set out to build a production workflow that respects creative decisions while maintaining manufacturing discipline. Today we operate with a hybrid model: artisanal finishing cells supported by automated printing equipment and production scheduling systems that minimise turnaround time without sacrificing QC standards.

We believe that small-batch production should not mean compromise. To that end we invested in color management, test labs for wash and abrasion resistance, and a finishing team skilled in edging, sewing reinforcement and trim application. Our clients range from independent designers testing a capsule collection, to corporate teams ordering event merchandise, to online stores requiring dropship fulfillment under private-label arrangements. For every project we create a clear scope: material choices, print techniques, mockup protocol, and a testing plan that ensures finished items perform as expected under real-world use.

Sustainability is practical here: we maintain low-waste production streams, recommend recycled-content fabrics when feasible, and consolidate shipping to reduce carbon impact. Our small-batch ethos also reduces overproduction and allows brands to respond to demand without excess inventory. Clients receive documentation on materials, care instructions and quality reports so they can confidently sell and support their products post-delivery.

advantages overview

Precision color management and print consistency

We operate a calibrated workflow built around color profiles and standardized lighting for approvals. Starting with the designer brief, we profile artwork, print target swatches on the intended substrate and measure delta values to confirm acceptable tolerances. This reduces surprises at the first wash and ensures that brand-critical hues reproduce consistently across production batches. For spot-color jobs, our screen setup process uses sampled ink mixes validated against reference chips, and for photographic full-color artworks we deploy wide-gamut devices with controlled RIP settings. The result is repeatable appearance across batches and predictable outcomes when scaling from prototypes to several hundred units.

Flexible runs — from single samples to limited series

Our scheduling and equipment choices are optimized for flexibility. We can produce one-off artist proofs immediately for client review, run micro-series for pop-up events, or schedule short production windows for seasonal drops. Small-batch production keeps inventory lean and allows creative teams to respond to real demand; it also reduces the risk and cost associated with large initial orders. We balance manual finishing for artisanal touches with automated printing for repeatability, enabling us to maintain consistent quality whether delivering 10, 100 or 1,000 units.

Diverse finishing options and tactile value

Beyond flat prints, we offer an array of finishes that add tactile or visual value: water-based and discharge inks for soft-hand prints, puff and silicone prints for texture, foil stamping for premium accents, and embroidery for lasting identity marks. For labels and packaging we provide woven tags, custom care cards and printed wraps, enabling a complete brand experience. These finishing choices are selected with an eye toward longevity, customer perception and production feasibility so that the final product feels coherent and durable in daily use.

Quality assurance and stage-gated inspections

Quality checks are embedded into the workflow: incoming material verification, intermittent print checks, post-print wash trials and final packing inspections. Each run has a documented checklist and photographic records of critical steps; non-conforming items are segregated and handled through corrective workflows. For repeated clients we maintain production logs so future runs can reference past parameters and outcomes, shortening setup times and reducing rework.

Brand-friendly fulfillment and drop-shipping support

Our fulfillment services support direct-to-consumer dispatch with custom packing, inserts and optional branded outer packaging. We can integrate with order platforms for batch-export shipping manifests, offer kitting for bundle sales, and provide pre-paid carrier negotiation for cost-effective delivery. For white-label clients we can operate discreet packaging and handling so products arrive under the brand's identity. Returns handling and simple exchanges can be managed through our logistics team to preserve customer experience and reduce friction.

Sustainable practices and waste-minimizing production

We reduce waste by optimizing cut layouts, re-using offcuts where feasible, and maintaining textile inventory controls to avoid over-ordering. We recommend recycled-content fibers and low-impact inks when clients prioritise sustainability; for packaging we propose recyclable materials and minimal fillers. Our production philosophy seeks to keep the lifecycle impact of merchandise reasonable while delivering products that meet customer expectations for feel, durability and aesthetic finish.

Services — end-to-end production and support

Design consultation & pre-press preparation

Artwork review, color separations, and printability advice. We prepare files, propose substrate and ink choices, and provide mockups so visual intent is preserved.

Sampling & proofing

Rapid sample turnaround for approvals: single-item proofs, wash testing and wear trials to validate durability and appearance before a larger production commitment.
